Letter of Certification: Schedule A Assurance of Professional Field Review and Compliance
A form used to ensure that the signatory has fulfilled their obligations for field review as required for the project as outlined in the previously submitted Letter of Assurance: Schedule A (Part A and B), and that they are a registered professional in Manitoba.
