Forms and Policies

Independent schools are required to submit a Certification Form confirming that all teachers reported through EIS Collection hold valid and subsisting teacher certificates issued in accordance with the Teaching Certificates and Qualifications Regulation (M.R. 515/88) under The Education Administration Act.
