Mobility Impaired Pupils Transported on Specially Equipped Vehicles Deletions between October 1 and January 1 - FB108B DEL
The form (included in the Pupils Requiring Specially Equipped Vehicles - FB108 series) is used to remove mobility-impaired pupils no longer being transported between October 1 and January 1. School divisions are required to indicate the last day that transportation on a specially equipped vehicle was provided for the pupil.
