Mobility Impaired Pupils Transported on Specially Equipped Vehicles Deletions between January 2 and June 30 - FB108C DEL
The form (included in the Pupils Requiring Specially Equipped Vehicles - FB108 series) is used to remove mobility-impaired pupils no longer transported between January 2 and June 30. School divisions are required to indicate the last day that transportation on a specially equipped vehicle was provided for the pupil.
