The certification form and accompanying verification report, printed out of the Educational Information System (EIS) data collection software, confirms that the enrolment and categorical information reported on the EIS Collection file submitted to the department is true and correct, and in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Province of Manitoba. The report summarizes the number of pupils, on a head-count basis by school and by grade.
