Bus route data collected on the FB 111 forms is summarized on this form located within the Bus Routes (E-File).  This data is used in the calculation of loaded kilometer support.  The total number of buses reporting ridership for approved rural or DSFM routes is also reported on this form and is used for the calculation of Bus Grant Support.
