This policy directs the minimum content needed for a stretcher transportation written order that is to be completed prior to stretcher transportation from a health facility by a licensed stretcher attendant. This policy is applicable to licensed stretcher attendants. This policy is enforced by Manitoba Health, Seniors and Active Living.
