Forms and Policies

This policy sets out the requirements that must be addressed before the Personal Health Identification Numbers can be collected in a research project for the purpose of linking them with Manitoba government administrative data in a second, not-yet approved research project. This policy is applicable to researchers requesting access to personal health information maintained by the government or government agencies. This policy is enforced by the Health Information Privacy Committee.
