This manual informs users how to use the Patient Access Registry Tool and the requirements for submitting information. This policy is applicable to all users that are required to submit to the Patient Access Registry Tool and includes staff working at service deliver organizations, the regional health authorities, and Manitoba Health, Seniors and Active Living. This policy is enforced by Manitoba Health, Seniors and Active Living.
