Vaccines and Biologics Product Complaint Procedure
This policy outlines the process for reporting any vaccine or biologic product complaints. This policy is applicable to physicians, nurses, pharmacists and other health professionals providing immunization services. This policy is enforced by Manitoba Health, Seniors and Active Living.
