This bylaw provides the standards for permit and compliance of body modification establishments. The guide is applicable to operators of body modification establishments and applies to the practice of physical body adornment by body piercing or tattooing including scarification and the insertion of implants but excluding piercing of the ear. Health, Seniors and Active Living enforces the bylaws.
