Health System Use and Disclosure of Personal Health Information
This policy regulates both health system use and the disclosure of personal health information by Manitoba Health, Seniors and Active Living (MHSAL) for research purposes, but does not apply to personal health information maintained in a clinical record at the Selkirk Mental Health Centre, which is subject to the requirements of The Mental Health Act. This policy is applicable to MHSAL staff. This policy is enforced by MHSAL.
