Forms and Policies

This policy identifies the requirements regarding any involvement of private industry sponsors for research projects requesting access to personal health information under the control of Manitoba Health, Seniors and Active Living. This policy is applicable to researchers submitting applications to the Health Information Privacy Committee for research projects that are funded by a private industry sponsor.   This policy is enforced by Manitoba Health, Seniors and Active Living.
