Order #2485 - Use of electronic Offer to Purchase Forms by Brokers and Salespersons
The Real Estate Brokers Act requires an offer to purchase to be completed using a hardcopy form in quadruplicate or quintuplicate. This is a Commission Order that exempts registrants from this requirement provided they follow the Electronic Forms Practice Directive attached to the order.
