Designation Policy for Francophone and Bilingual Facilities, Programs and services
Health Corporations and Health Care Organizations that operate Francophone or bilingual facilities, and programs shall designate these facilities or programs and notify the public of such designation, in accordance with this policy and the associated procedures and guidelines. Health Authorities shall list designated francophone or bilingual facilities and programs in their French Language Services (FLS) Plans in accordance with this policy and the associated procedures and guidelines.
