The Advanced Routing and Permitting System (ARPS) is Manitoba's overdimensional and overweight permitting system. The opening screen for all permit applications is similar and allows the user to select the type of permit applied for. This example is the information required to apply for a term permit for the continued use of a damaged tarpaulin cover on a truck and/or semitrailer.
