ARPS Application - Annual Permanently Mounted Equipment Permit Application
The Advanced Routing and Permitting System (ARPS) is Manitoba's overdimensional and overweight permitting system. The opening screen for all permit applications is similar and allows the user to select the type of permit applied for. This example is the information required to apply for an annual permit for vehicles with permanently mounted equipment.
