Information and Application for a warrant to search for a child (CFS-23)
If there is reasonable grounds to believe a child might be in need of protection, a judge will grant this warrant to allow peace officers to search for the child.This is a statutory regulated form embedded in The Child and Family Services Regulation. This is an agency form and would not be filled out by the general public.
