Letter to the Adult Abuse Registry (Requesting Access) Template
The Adult Abuse Registry unit uses this form to comply with Section 41(4) of The Adult Abuse Registry Act that states:
On application by an employer or other person, the registrar must disclose to the applicant whether the name of a person is entered in the registry.
