Smoking ban in cars with children

In Manitoba, smoking in cars when children under 16 are present is prohibited. This applies to all lighted tobacco products and e-cigarettes. The law applies to all motor vehicles regardless of whether any window, sunroof, rooftop, door or other feature of the vehicle is open.
