Vulnerable Persons Commissioner

Just like other Manitobans, vulnerable persons living with a mental disability have the right to make choices and decisions about their lives. In order to assist in this decision-making process, the Office of the Vulnerable Persons Commissioner can appoint a substitute decision maker to aid a vulnerable person who is incapable of making his or her own decisions.
